Questions about Trade Ideas stock racing tool?

Problem:

I don’t understand the strategy behind a stock race.

• Whether I open a new, default stock race window or select one from the channel bar, how does that tell me when to enter a trade?
• I’m reading this guide: https://www.trade-ideas.com/guide/chapter/26/26Real_Time_Stock_Race.html and it goes through all the technicals (which I understand) how do I understand how to go about trading with the stock races?
• do you buy the biggest gainers?
• do you short the biggest losers?

I’m also reading the guides: https://www.trade-ideas.com/guide/ and none of them go over trading strategies for the stock races but just through the technicals.

If you can give me some direction as to the stock races and how/when to use them I’d greatly appreciated it.
